It's impossible for a Merle French Bulldogs to be unnoticeable. BlueCoat French Bulldog is crossing into other strains that do carry Merle, we are producing Merle French Bulldogs. The beautiful colors that are absolutely amazing and very rare. The lilac merle French bulldog is basically a Frenchie with a combination of blue and chocolate in the coat base color. A lilac merle Frenchie can be found in two color variations of purple-like color and champagne color. These unique color variations do have different prices. For the popular “new” colors of blue, lilac and merle, price range $6000-and up–these indeed are rare colors. Since French bulldogs have small litters, merle and blue colors, usually have a limited number of these colors per litter. Merle is a dominant gene and does not cause health issues.


Pure Lilac French Bulldogs feature a distinct magnificent coloring and vibrant eyes. These rare beauties are created with a combination of chocolate and blue DNA from both parents. The coat coloring can range from a cool blue hue to sleek silver, and some lilac frenchies display white markings on their chest and face. According to AtAFrenchBulldog.com, the cost of a pure lilac French puppy can start from $20,000 and above. However, there are no brown hair traces in their coat. Lilac French bulldog's coat resembles a pastel color and shows a purple appearance in the light. The lilac is one of the most expensive French Bulldog color. Frenchies come in a variety of different colors and patterns; as expected, the ”rarer” colors such as blue, lilac, and chocolate tend to cost more than standard colors such as black, fawn, and white. The chocolate/brown allele (b) is responsible for producing a chocolate coat in french bulldog's color panel. It is one of the most rich color.The color chocolate is a tone of dark brown that resembles chocolate color. Brown is a composite color which can be produced by combining red, yellow, and black pigments. This is also a recessive gene so the french bulldog must have two copies to show the color. We refer to this gene as the “Frenchie chocolate” because it is a non-testable gene-chocolate. Chocolate French bulldog coat belongs to rare coats that breeders produce by a recessive gene. The recessive gene must be inherited from both parents. Another thrilling fact is that their eyes come in green, brown, golden, and even bright yellow color. Chocolate colored Frenchies are similar to blue Frenchies, in the sense that they are a beautiful base color for French Bulldog's exquisite coat. Chocolate Frenchies also come in chocolate Brindle, chocolate merle and chocolate Pied. However, these colors are arguably even more rare than the other amazing colors on this must-have list.
